In this episode of the podcast Klankbord from Studio Pandora in TivoliVredenburg, Ashley speaks to Irene aka Guenter Råler. They are a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans DJ’ing, producing, audiovisual compositions and installations. Guenter Råler performed on Lente Kabinet, Le Guess Who? and Garage Noord, and released music on Dekmantel and Traumburg. Their DJ-sets are a vibrant fusion of genres, blending hyperpop, raw beats and trance-infused synths, creating an infectious and energetic atmosphere on the dancefloor.  But their works also extend far beyond the club. Irene are also known for immersive audiovisual projects such as Dröm, a live performance in collaboration with Telemagic, which premiered at Freaky Dancing in WAS. at Utrecht and was also presented in Centraal Museum. Irene are deeply involved in community building within the queer nightlife scene as the founder of Queer In Wonderland and as artistic director and first resident DJ of queer club night Fluid.
