Welcome to week two of SAN DIEGO MONTH! This week Kassie and Rose are joined by Sami Udell, a self taught chef who turned her love for healthy food and entrepreneurial spirit into the ultimate private chef agency!
Sami tells Rose and Kassie how her career as a private chef kicked off when she had a chance encounter with Ludacris's assistant (yes, you read that correctly) and became the rappers' personal chef. Sami talks a lot about how being a chef in a restaurant and being a private chef are not the same thing!
The girls talk about how content creators have had an impact on the perception of private chef jobs. Sami dives into all the ways that she takes care of herself and how she has been able to create stability in her life by pivoting into placing chefs.
