SAN DIEGO MONTH: Kimochi

Welcome to week FOUR of San Diego month! This week's episode features Gemma, owner of Kimochi!

Gemma gets vulnerable with Rose and Kassie and shares about her struggles with negative self talk. The girls dive into all the ways that therapy can provide you with tools, but also the importance of being able to take those tools and take care of yourself.

The girls learn all about Gemma's travels around the country (and the world) and how she and her husband (and baby girl) ended up in San Diego. Rose picks Gemma's brain for advice on running a food business with a newborn baby, while Kassie struggles to support Gemma's love for eggs and pickles.
