In this episode of the Kingdom Talks show, extremely non-ordinary, “rockin' and bikin'” Daniel Thorness tells Gil Hodges of his roller-coaster-ride journey in life―from a toe-the-line Baptist church to the fulfillment of Daniel's heart’s desire, which is to simply love people into the kingdom of God. A miraculous acceptance into Bible college affirmed a call to ministry which, until then, had been only a hunch. But his life hasn't all been smooth sailing. Becoming envious of Daniel's success, the head pastor of his home church gave Daniel an ultimatum: abandon his convictions or be stood down. This unjust rejection and rebuke by his church family left Daniel with no alternative but to leave. As a reward, though, his heavenly Father gave Daniel the love and respect of his next family―one of the least likely gangs on Earth!
