Losing a loved one can make you lose your faith and hope. It can shatter your heart to pieces. Over the past years, I have had to deal with losing some loved ones, some who were almost my age.
On this episode, I share my journey with grief and healing. Healing is not a day's work but a process that somewhat feels like a roller coaster- One moment you're coping, the next you're a total mess again. God has been there through it all and I have slowly come to a point of remembering the ones I love who have passed away, not as people who have died, but as people who lived and I had the privilege of meeting them during their time.
