The Man I Am - Paula Dietz
Sometimes, evil hides behind a smile, a church usher’s handshake, or a husband’s quiet nod across the breakfast table. This is the story of Paula Dietz — the wife of Dennis Rader, the man who called himself BTK. For thirty years, Paula believed she was married to a good man. A deacon. A father. A city employee who mowed the lawn every Saturday. But Dennis Rader wasn’t just the man she married. He was also Bind. Torture. Kill.   Please rate, review and share! Thanks so much.

Killer Songs - Snow on the Weeping Willow
Today, we’re not talking about a single murder, or a single victim. Today’s story is about devastation on a grand scale. It's about loss, not from a knife or a bullet, but from a little pill—the kind prescribed with a signature and a nod. This is the story of how West Virginia, a place of mountains, mines, and tight-knit communities, became ground zero in one of the deadliest drug epidemics in American history. Please rate, review and share Killer Songs. Tell everyone about the great music and stories you are finding here!   Thanks so much!

Killer Songs
Killer Songs - Lifeline
Today’s episode is a little different. This one isn’t about murder, scandal, or drama. It’s about something real.Something heavy. And something that doesn't get talked about enough. Every year, thousands of young men take their own lives. In many countries, suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 40.Not accidents. Not illness. Suicide. It’s a crisis hiding in plain sight. And the silence around it? It’s part of the problem. I’m not looking for villains today. This isn’t that kind of episode. This is for the ones who are still here. The ones who’ve struggled, or are struggling now. Or the ones who’ve lost someone — and don’t know what to do with the space they left behind. Today's song is a stark solo performance of a song called 'Lifeline.' Please rate, review and share with your friends. We will get back to something 'creepier' next week, but this one has been on my heart.

Killer Songs - Haunted Road, For the Murdered and Missing Women
They call it the Highway of Tears. A stretch of road so long and lonely, it swallows names.    Girls vanish on the wind. Mothers fade into fog. Today, we drive down a road haunted by loss, and silenced by decades of neglect. Highway 16 cuts across the wilderness of northern British Columbia — from Prince Rupert to Prince George. It's 725 kilometers of pine trees, mountain passes, isolation… and tragedy. Since the 1970s, at least 40 Indigenous women and girls have gone missing or been found murdered along this road. But ask the local communities, and they’ll tell you: The real number is likely higher.Much higher. Some were hitchhiking — with no other option to get between remote towns. Some were walking home. Some were just never seen again. For decades, these disappearances were met with shrugs from police, headlines that barely made page four, and systems that failed to even keep records. And all the while, the road kept taking women. This episode is special, it features my daughter Savannah Weaver singing the song, 'Haunted Road.' Please, like, share and rate.
