The fall season has officially started which means that you've probably shifted into a different daily / weekly schedule than you had over the summer.
And if you have ADHD, at this point, you may be a bit overwhelmed. Because when we transition into a new chapter, we often jump into the change and expect to be able to do everything at once. But this sets us up for failure.
My coach used to say, “If everything is important then nothing is important.”
I shift that to say: “If you try to do everything, you will end up doing nothing.”
