In Gurgaon a call center, Shreya, a young team lead, hides a secret affair with her married boss Khurana. One night, she receives a haunting call a woman’s voice whispering, “Main jaanti hoon tumne pichle saal kya kiya.”The voice belongs to Shirly, a former colleague who mysteriously vanished. When Shreya and Khurana trace the call, it leads to Shirly’s old, unused terminal.
