
Meditating and having good thoughts after an accident of a loved one could be hard, but Monta did it and found out that it is really strong.
Her journey around the world helped, and she says it is a good way to be yourself and find yourself.
Two things were important to her, discipline, and meditation and just promise yourself you will do it for 21 or 40 days. Keep trying until you feel it or it clicks with you.
