This episode is in English. We will have around 60 years of experience within logistics joining our podcast when we discuss Supply Chain Flexibility with Mats Samuelsson, Executive Senior Vice President, Global Logistics in H&M Group, and CEO of Moddule, Hans Elmegaard.

One element in creating Supply Chain Flexibility is spreading risk by diversification of the supply base, which, on the other hand, can increase complexity. We discuss how visibility end-to-end becomes key. Looking downstream, we discuss the essentiality of creating strong collaborative partnerships with Logistics Service Providers to get a common understanding of local differences in consumer buying behavior when operating globally in a world with increased uncertainty.
