This week our podcast is in French! I talked to my friend Stephanie, who lives in Marseille, which is where we met in 2011, when we were both doing our culinary studies. Stephanie went on to open to open a café in Marseille, as I did in the Philippines. Now, ten years later, both she and I are working with energy to help people in a therapeutic setting. She also works with sound healing, a well-established form of healing therapy.

Cette semaine, je parle à mon amie Stephanie de Morant, qui est basée à Marseille, où nous avons complète notre CAP de cuisine ensemble en 2011. Suite à nos études, Stephanie a ouvert un café sur Marseille, et moi, aux Philippines. Dix ans plus tard, nous travaillons toutes les deux avec les énergies du corps, dans un but thérapeutique. Stephanie travaille aussi avec les bols sonores, dont les bienfaits sont bien reconnus.
