The real estate market has been crazy these past couple of months and especially after the world started to re-open. Many predicted a massive market crash, others have said things will never be the same and some are just shocked at what's happening. Real estate in booming and in specific RESIDENTIAL real estate. There is no inventory, low interest rates, HIGH demand and all the signs of a buyers market. Many don't know how long this is going to last.

Of course, WE have an idea of how long this is going to last. For those who watch my videos or read know that the forbearance period is soon to end for many homeowners. The foreclosure market has been on pause with minimal homes actually getting foreclosed on so this market is sketchy to say the least. Be smart with your money because in this market CASH IS KING.
