Irish Joe Nolan (Victor Raider-Wexler), a former boxer turned private investigator is awoken on a dreary Monday morning with the news that someone has shot his Uncle and former business partner. Irish Joe’s investigation into his Uncle’s murder leads him all over the city, eventually getting himself wrapped up with Kansas City’s most lethal and infamous mobster, The Dutchman.
