Asked to name your favorite cuisine, and several foreign choices may come to mind. In 2010, White Rabbit Truck's purpose was to get Filipino food to everyone's options. Their menu consists of Pinoy classics with a twist: Tocino Tacos, Sisig Burritos, Adobo Rice Bowls, etc. With offerings received fairly well by Californians, this food truck's success was not an easy road to drive on. Today we hear from their Events and Media Specialist, Maddie Razon, on how they managed to survive the bumps and humps along the way.
