This week I chat with @Handsdan about his successful social presence and how he sky rocketed his following to over 500k followers on Instagram.

Since doing so Dan has been on a wild ride, travelling the world and helping people from all demographics to fix their pain and learn to move better and feel better.

This was such a great chat, we talked about Dans past, the hard work he had to put in quietly whilst no one was watching and how he exploded his growth within a few months to take Instagram and TikTok by storm.
