In the Women in Social Peace podcast series, we tried to examine the importance of women's inclusion in peace processes, their effects, experiences, and observations on these issues, and we wish to highlight their stories as well. In this episode, we talked to Luxshi Vimalarajah from the Berghof Foundation about the different dynamics of peace processes. Luxshi, who has worked in many different countries, discussed how cultural differences affect the peace process, how negotiation and mediation can be used effectively in peace processes, and how women's participation can shape the process, based on her own experiences.
