Gwen Coleman & Taylor Rudy are board members of Utah Woman in Sales and the co-hosts of Women Who Win Podcast.

Taylor Rudy has been in tech sales for over 3 years. Born and raised a Buckeye fan in Ohio, she decided to move to SLC for a new adventure and work as an SDR at Weave. Over the last three years, she grew into an Account Executive, a Team Lead, and now, she is a Director of Sales. She has a passion for helping others progress their careers, being outside in the sunshine, and traveling whenever she can. Taylor hopes to encourage more women to step outside of their comfort zone and truly go for it!

While her career initially began in a clinical/healthcare education role, Gwen’s passion for helping improve people’s lives combined with a strong business acumen set her on a different path to combine the two. She excels in creating effective strategies for marketing, sales, and business development in the healthcare landscape. Gwen is currently an executive board member for Utah Women in Sales as the Director of Member Engagement and additionally serves as the Director of Marketing for Utah’s largest Podiatry group and the Director of Business Development & Marketing for a management group with outpatient surgery centers.
