Today's guest is a champion of history in her home town of Beacon, NY - - Denise VanBuren grew up as a beauty queen in upstate NY, a TV News Anchor, Vice President at Central Hudson Gas and Electric, and is currently and the President General of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution… She co-wrote two historical accounts of Beacon New York with historian Bob Murphy. Her latest release is an anthology account of 38 years of Bob's monthly newsletters.
