We know we should be doing it. We know that I life would change if we would do it. But, for some reason, we don't. And that reason is, excuses.
We all have them. And for most of us, we've got some pretty good ones that are completely valid. But on the other side of excuses is the life that we really want to be living. On the other side of excuses is the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health we long for.
