Most of our insecurities weren’t given to us at birth. In fact, many of us spent our younger years in a state of confident bliss. We were wonderful, the world around us was wonderful, and we didn’t know any different.
And then we started to take on insecurities based on ridicule, others’ opinions, perceptions, and a list of other confidence destroyers. And then, the reflection that stared back at us in the mirror was unrecognizable.
