We hear the words “purpose”, "plan", and “goals” used frequently in life, but do we really know what they mean and how they are the same or different?
Someone recently asked me if lacking a goal means the same thing as lacking a purpose. The answer is no — it is not the same at all.
This is the 16th Episode of Just Imagine Podcast. In this episode, we shall deduce the difference between plan and purpose.
In business, Purpose is the bigger word. Purpose is personal and is who you are. In business terms, purpose is all about your mission. Every person, team and organization needs a reason for being. When we lack purpose, we don't know what we're doing, let alone why we're doing it.
An individual may define, A plan is the steps between A and Z to achieve a goal. I have a plan to get into university. I will research, submit grades, apply, etc. The purpose is the why. I will attend university with the purpose of becoming an accountant.
However, it is different in Just Imagine.
Let's understand how to set a purpose, how to visualise your purpose and manifest them in the just imagine way.
With lots of love,
