
Habits make up most of our day-to-day activities. Whether it is going to the gym, reading a book, watching tv, or checking social media. We have habits that we love. Though, just because we may love them, that does not mean we are proud of all of them. A great book to educate yourself on good habits is a book called Atomic Habits by James clear.
