Having worked with Sophie at F45 to sitting down and just chatting, I was very, pleseantly surprised. It just cements my believe in that you can not judge a book by its cover.

From growing up in a small, remote town, spending hours outside, to moving to the big smoke and having no real sense of direction, we talk about it all and what’s happened in-between.
