Between airing Part 1 of my meaningful conversation with
@peaceandpossibility , Nicole Schiener, on “Caring without Carrying It All” and airing Part 2 of our conversation that was scheduled for the following week, we had an ice storm. It brought many things and people to a halt and many trees and branches to the ground. I took time this week on the podcast to pause and move through some feelings knowing the trees I run to
and am surrounded by throughout my week and all throughout the year took a hit by the storm.
