
In today's episode, I have the Queen of Cross Fit Madi Meyers. Madi is a fellow duck & we met in college. We immediately got along because we both shared a love of fitness and dance. When I knew Madi back in college, she was teaching part of the Uo Dance Team & teaching spin classes at a local studio. She now is a CrossFit Athlete & competes with her gym, TreeLine CrossFit in Eugene Oregon.
Madi is such an inspiration because she shares how CrossFit changed her perception of working out for the right reasons and fueling her body in order to perform well. From dancer to CrossFit Athlete, Madi has learned so much and is living proof of how you can transform your brain and body by surrounding yourself with the right people and fueling well.
