
In today's episode, I had an amazing conversation with the one and only Jarratt Rouse. He grew up a baseball player all the way through college and once he graduated, it was time to find a new passion and he found that within the fitness and health industry. Jarratt is a fitness trainer and motivator, who is also a Spikeball elite athlete, who plays at the highest level!
What I love about Jarratt and his work is he focuses on not only the importance of fitness, but mindfulness as well. There is so much more to fitness than just the physical aspect and Jarratt is here to remind people to be their best self and enjoy life.
