
In today's episode, I got to chat with one of my favorite people ever, Sareena Rama. Sareena has been in the fitness industry since 2017 and is a ACE Certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, who emphasizes the importance of inclusivity and finding joy through movement.

What I love about Sareena is her positive outlook on life, wellness, health and fitness, and how she exudes everything a wellness role model should aspire to be.
