I’m Judy Banfield and I’m here to help you feel better about yourself as a person and more confident and secure as a parent.
In my 30+ years of working with babies, young children and parents, I have learned that valuing and treasuring and deeply knowing yourself gives you the foundation to more confidently and joyfully, love, treasure, teach and guide your children.
And here’s why:
When you feel good about yourself you have more to give to your kids.
The better you feel inside, the more loving and present you can be with your children.
The more loving and present you are with your children, the more secure, happy and healthy your children will be.
The happier and secure your children are, the more caring and compassionate they will be.
The more caring and compassionate your children are, the more caring and compassionate they will be as adults.
The more caring and compassionate they are as adults, the better our world will be.
Love yourself, love your children, change the world.

Remember life before children?
You’d see a child screaming in the supermarket and you said… “I’d never let my child do that!”
Or... or... or!
You probably had a long list of “I’d nevers.”
And then you had a baby.
Try as you might, you probably have ended up doing things that you were sure you never would.
And you're not alone in that. Parenting is hard. It's just plain hard. And that ocean of "parenting misinformation" on the internet isn't helping you feel any more confident in your parenting role, is it?This week on my podcast, I've recorded something that I hope will guide you be a better parent. Some fundamentals that really matter.
