Today, the podcast is going to explain what the martial art of judo is.
I wanted to do this for parents, teens, and adults who are maybe looking into getting into martial arts like judo and wanted to understand it better.
Coach Steve Scott gives a great historical explanation of the origin and evolution of judo. He is very knowledgeable and is one of the best storytellers when it comes to talking about the martial art of judo.
