I will be doing solo podcasts, sharing audio, and interviewing guests. Talking about Grassroots Judo and other martial arts, and sharing information that will improve our daily lives with my listeners.
My podcast will be a little different than other martial sports podcasts in that I will concentrate my shows more on grassroots activities, students, and coaches, and talk about the great history of great US Judo players.
In addition to judo, I will be talking about fishing.

Welcome to Judo Ya-Ya, I am your host, Fred Louis, and I am also the Head Instructor at Zenbei Judo Team in Salt Lake City.
Here is the audio I listened to years ago by Sifu Brown. He is a great martial artist, teacher, philosopher. I so enjoyed listening to his talks with his students. You always walk away with thought for knowledge, growth in your martial arts but also, challenging and enhancing your personal growth. We have had our movements restricted by this coronavirus pandemic going on for a year now. I think it was serendipity that I ran across this audio again. I am retired, I have suspended classes at my judo school because of prostate cancer and then the pandemic hit. During the downtime, I started reading and watching videos on coaching. This audio for me brings it into focus and I hope that it will make you think and you can take something away from it to enhance your future.
Enjoy, WHAT CAN I LEARN NOW. Please let me know what is your take away from this audio and send me a message, I would love to hear from you. and remember, hunker down at home if you can, wear a mask, plan for safe holidays, monitor your health, and look forward to spring.
Please send messages to https://anchor.fm/fred-louis/message you can join me on my Facebook page or Twitter page at Judo Ya-Ya. I can also be contacted by email at judoyaya801@gmail.com
