First, The plaintiff was good friends with the defendant, which is why he agreed to rent a car to him. The plaintiff is suing the defendant because he got into an accident and damaged the vehicle. The defendant insists that the plaintiff told him the car was fully covered in case of any damage. Then, The plaintiff went to the defendant’s shop to get her hair braided. The next day, the plaintiff alleges that four of her braids fell out, so she’s suing. The defendant has been doing hair since she was a little girl. The defendant insists she’s never had any problems until the plaintiff, and she’s countersuing for harassment. Plus, The plaintiff used to be married to the defendant, and they have three children together. After their relationship ended, the plaintiff rented a house to the defendant, but she is suing the defendant for unpaid rent. The defendant insists the house he rented from his ex was haunted, and that’s why he won’t pay rent.
