First, The plaintiff was married to the defendant, and he was heartbroken when she said she was in love with another man. The plaintiff is suing his ex-wife for breach of contract, an insurance deductible, and payments. The defendant claims the plaintiff was controlling, and when she told him she wanted a divorce, the defendant’s ex-husband had her wrongfully committed to a psych ward.
Then, The plaintiff claims the defendant’s son threw a rock at her young son at a baseball game, and she rushed him to the hospital. The plaintiff is suing the defendant for medical bills. The defendant insists it wasn’t just his son throwing rocks. In fact, the defendant alleges the plaintiff’s daughter was throwing rocks at the baseball game as well.
Plus, The plaintiff used to date the defendant, and they moved in together two months into their relationship.
