First, The plaintiff met the defendant at a motel, and they had a one-night stand. Afterward, the plaintiff took a shower, and when he came back, the defendant was gone, along with his laptop, jewelry, and car, so he’s suing. The defendant admits she has stolen things in the past but is trying to make amends.
