'Met Her at the Day Care' & 'Pregnant and Divorced at the Same Time' & 'An Affair with His Girlfriend and Her Mother '
First, The plaintiff met the defendant while caring for his daughter at a day care facility, and she claims they had a one-night stand. The plaintiff says she made a partial payment to the defendant for a car, but he took the vehicle, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff told him she didn’t want the vehicle anymore, and he told her the payment was nonrefundable.
Then, The plaintiff has been friends with the defendant for over 20 years. However, the plaintiff is suing her friend because she loaned the defendant money to help her pay for a car, but the defendant hasn’t paid her back. The defendant says she and the plaintiff are like family, so she doesn’t understand why her friend is suing her.
Plus, The plaintiff was friends with the defendant but claims he nearly ruined his relationship after falsely accusing him of having an affair with the defendant’s girlfriend and 83-year-old mother. The plaintiff is suing his former friend because he says he gave him money to purchase a car, but the defendant never gave him the vehicle. The defendant argues the plaintiff once attacked him.
