The plaintiff claims he loaned money to the defendant so he could put down a deposit on a new apartment but has yet to be repaid, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists there was no deadline given on the loan.
Then, The plaintiff is suing her ex-boyfriend for unpaid child support. The defendant insists he’s a good father and gives the plaintiff money whenever she asks for it, so he shouldn’t have to pay.
Plus, The plaintiff runs a day care and claims she watched the defendant’s children for 45 hours in one week. Unfortunately, the defendant failed to pay, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits his children went to the plaintiff’s day care, but he insists it was for only 39 hours. The defendant is countersuing for harassment.
