專心為何與靈修有關呢? 因為，只要心願意專心在主面前等候，就可以操練自己與神對話。也才可以幫助有需要的人。耶穌在《馬可福音》這樣說：「你要盡心，盡性，盡意，盡力，愛主你的神。」 (馬可福音十二章30節。)
