Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in the field of individuals with special needs in various capacities. She's a coach, a teacher, and an early intervention respite consultant to families and to preschools. The best experience that Jennifer has had has been with her sister Nancy. Nancy has brain damage and has been grooming Jennifer to be a BCBA since they were kids. Having this experience has helped Jennifer to understand family pressures and frustrations and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to interview Jennifer and share some of her incredible story.
