Peace or Pain’ soon to be published. Peace or pain is a choice and she shows people this is possible and how to make the choice. Surrender is a big part of the process because resistance causes suffering. As an Ishaya monk, the Ascension techniques we practice take you beyond the thinking mind to the direct experience of pure awareness.
