A few years ago, I was introduced to the idea of darkness therapy and was immediately intrigued and terrified. It took me years of research and exploring different modalities to see if this was actually something that I was being drawn to, or if I was attracted by an old practice becoming mainstream again. After sitting with this idea for years, I finally made the decision to have a 5 day sit in the dark. In todays episode, the lovely Aiua Wild is joining the show as a guest host and will be chatting with me about my darkness experience. Together, we explore the profound impact that darkness can have and its potential for deep self-reflection and growth. This experience was extremely pivotal for me and the journey in life that I'm on.
