Kyra Finley is a writer, poet, mystic, astrologer, and artist who desires to create art and experiences that will alchemize the pain of the past and the promise of the future for those she touches. She is a survivor/thriver of extended trauma, specifically narcissism, and believes that healing and integration are not only possible but inevitable if we are willing to go into the pain and open our hearts to loving all of life, even the parts we wish weren't there. She's been on a lifelong journey of liberation, self-discovery, and freedom, and she's excited to share the nuggets she's learning, along with the tools and modalities that helped her get through some of the darkest days.
