She opens up about her career choices and journey into entrepreneurship, and what she has learned through navigating financial hardship. She also addresses the challenges of burnout and why it's important to be strategic, especially when it comes to money, when venturing into entrepreneurship. She opens up about how she uncovered her deepest trauma this year and how addressing it led her to deep self-acceptance and understanding of her drastic mood fluctuations. She also explains why (and how) she gave up coffee towards the end of the year, and how she embraced letting her man financially support her as she navigated through this challenging time.
