Welcome to Journey In, a show that aims to expand your perspective when it comes to defining your spirituality. We'll journey into conscious conversation around different spiritual modalities, health and wellness trends, and hear from spiritual thought leaders, so we can come together and learn to respect one another despite our differences. At the end of the day, a spiritual journey is a home coming to who you really are, and YOU get to define what that path looks like. We’re going to journey through it all—the good, the bad and the ugly. I'm your host, Jess Monteggia, and let's journey in.

12. Natalie Kelley on Her Coming Out Journey, Embracing Sobriety & Finding Authenticity
In this episode Jess sits down with Natalie Kelley, mostly known as Nat. Nat is an LGBTQ+ advocate, lifestyle creator and mindset coach based in Sacramento, CA. She founded Plenty and Well in 2019 to help other folks with chronic illnesses have easier access to mindset work tailored to the chronically ill experience after her own struggles to find resources that actually helped her on her own journey. To this day, she has helped over 200+ chronically ill folks around the world find acceptance and confidence on their journeys through her 1:1 coaching and group program, Path to Empowered Acceptance. Nat also speaks openly on social media about her journeys with queerness, self-care and self-love and makes content that she hopes inspires others to be their most authentic selves and prioritize themselves daily. When Nat isn't working or creating content, you will find her doing hot yoga, going on long nature walks, looking up Airbnb’s in faraway places, reading personal development books or queer romance novels, journaling, meditating, baking gluten free goodies or exploring a new coffee shop.
