Walking on a path to self-forgiveness, Ramadan special episode 3

A guided walk, jog or run, using mindfulness techniques with a spiritual ethos using Islamic faith based concepts to support with letting go of self blame, guilt and shame.

Holding onto toxic regret can stop us from moving forward and improving our thoughts and behaviours. It can also prevent us from spiritual growth. Drawing on Islamic concepts around mercy and forgiveness from God we learn to be more positive and kind to ourselves so that we can walk a path into the future and stop looking back.

Take it at your own pace in this Ramadan special with your guide, Lynne Northcott, Owner of Jog On and psychotherapist. She takes you on a meditation to help you release toxic energy. Join her and check out the other podcast. Leave a comment or a voicenote to let us know how you are getting on
