This mindfulness easy pace 20 min run has a faith-based approach to letting go of the toxic feelings and emotions that can get stuck inside our minds and bodies. This audio run combines the following:

1) Getting to know your heart, mind and body 

2) Practicing mindful breathing for letting go of toxicity and breathing in positivity

3) Making a conscious choice about the negativity we bring into our world

4) Self belief and empowerment, trusting in yourself.

5) Locating where in the body you store toxic emotions and difficult thoughts and feelings and letting them go
