Sónia Won started working as an agilist in 2009, with Nokia.
While Sónia has been working with agile for quite some time, she talks about how Portugal's desire to embrace agility has only been recently (3 to 5 years).
We explore how a fast & large demand for agilists has led to her having to wear many hats as an agile coach. From Scrum Master trainer, to working directly with the org and middle management as an agile coach, to helping with the company transformation programme, learn how Sónia balances the demand and shows up to create impact.
