"Executive Presence" with special guest Joseph Kwon

This week, Iris and Steven welcome special guest, Joseph Kwon (aka. "The Connection Counselor") to discuss the topic of Executive Presence. Joe Kwon is the author of the book "Unlock Your Executive Presence: Feel Like a Boss" and the Audible audiobook "Unlock Your Charisma: Feel Like a Star".

He is also the host of two podcasts, "Diversity Bites" and "Executive Presence Morsels", and offers a course on Udemy called "Executive Presence and the Diversity Dilemma".

In this engaging discussion, The Connection Counselor shares his unique and helpful view of executive presence, letting everyone know it is NOT just a "look" or "gravitas", and the role "charisma" plays in establishing a presence. Joe also offers helpful advice for those who aspire to be leaders and the challenges they face due to lack of opportunities and unconscious bias.

This is a great career advice podcast for EVERYONE.
