a true celebration of light, and honoring of darkness. this class will leave you (perhaps with a tear in your eye) and definitely with a spring in your step! with a focus on the pranic light within... we are the ones, we can create the change we want to see in the world by simply changing the way we see the world. at the beginning of the class we chant: Asato ma sad gamaya  Tamaso ma jyotir gamaya Mrtyor ma amrtam gamaya.
