On this episode, I speak to one of the most inspirational women I have ever met. Una Leonard, owner of 2210 Patisserie shares her story about how she has become one of the most sought after cake bakers in the country.
Una tells me how she suffered with her mental health in the past and threw herself into baking cakes. She tells me that once she got into the kitchen and started baking, everything went away and she was simply focused on the task of creating beautiful cakes.
Una now has her bakery in Mullingar and you can also find her in Powerscourt Mall in Dublin City. The incredible 2210 Patisserie bakes and delivers cakes all around Ireland!
This girl is just absolutely unbelievable!
