In this lesson, I will introduce you owner's passive sentence.


<Example Sentences>

だれか が あし を ふみました。(active sentence)

Someone stepped on my shoe.

あし が だれか に ふまれました。(direct passive sentence)

My shoe was stepped on by someone.

だれか に あし を ふまれました。(owner's passive sentence)

My shoe was stepped on by someone.


だれか が さいふ を ぬすみました。(active sentence)

Someone stole my wallet.

さいふ が だれか に ぬすまれました。(direct passive sentence)

My wallet was stolen by someone.

だれか に さいふ を ぬすまれました。(owner's passive sentence)

My wallet was stolen by someone.
