In 2018, Ikenna Okeh moved to Northern Cyprus. But things turned out differently and he was later deported. He wrote the book, Deportee to shine light on the experiences of Nigerians (and Africans) in Northern Cyprus. He has since moved to Turkey and is currently on a 6 months residency in Mexico.
